Muriel is a lawyer specialising in »Commercial, corporate and competition law».

She is a graduate of the University of Law of Brest and Rennes (DJCE (corporate legal advisor postgraduate degree) - Master II Corporate Lawyer), and holder of the Certificate of Studies Specialised in economic law.

She attended IFOMENE's (Institute of Training in Mediation and Negotiation) training in Mediation.

» Experience

 

Muriel began in 1991 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Landwell) in Paris. She completed an 18-month secondment to a subsidiary of the Lafarge group to set up the legal department.

 

In 2004, Muriel created ARTLEX (SELARL ARTLEX II) in Nantes.

» Publications - Teaching

 

Muriel is a lecturer at the University of Nantes on the Master II Market Law programme where she provides training on restrictive contractual competition and technical practices, at EDAGO (Grand Ouest Law School), or at ENSIETA (National Institute of Advanced Technologies of Brittany).

 

She regularly organises conferences on competition law, tariff transparency, liability and contract law (EFE, EUROFORUM, MEDEF, etc.).

 

She regularly publishes articles in specialist journals, such as Echos.

» Professional and non-professional responsibilities

 

Muriel was a member of the Council of the Nantes Bar Association for 9 years and the Social and Environmental Economic Council (CESER) of Pays de la Loire for five years.

 

She was President of the Union of Learned Professions (UNAPL) of Loire Atlantique and the pedagogical committee of Rennes Law School for five years.
