“Social Networks and Law”

Breakfast organized by the firm ARTLEX

November 30 and December 7, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.

Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram…  Social networks are ubiquitous. Place of exchanges and meetings, they are today also a privileged place, even essential, for  marketing, communicationand the promotion of companies and their activities.  If it was quickly admitted that the Internet could not be a "lawless zone", the same certainly goes for social networks . But what rights?

ARTLEX is organizing the 30 November at 9:30 a.m. at its premises in NANTES and the 7 December at 9:30 a.m. at its premises in PARIS,a breakfast, during which we   will discuss the topic of social networks and the law(intellectual property rights, freedom of expression, image rights, but also personal data rights and labor rights).
