Carole started in 2009 at Vercken & Gaullier, in Paris, after working as a lawyer at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York. She then joined ARTLEX (ARTLEX II) as an associate in Nantes, before becoming a partner in 2016.

Carole is a lecturer at the University of Nantes, on the Master II Intellectual Property programme.

Carole is a member of the board of the REPI (Companies and Intellectual Property Network), member of the AFCDP (French Association of Personal Data Protection Correspondents), APRAM (Association of Practitioners of the Law of Trademarks and Designs) and the Digital Commission of the Nantes Bar.
Carole has been a member of the CJD Nantes-Atlantique since 2023.
