We, associations,  regularly use photographs,

images, texts to illustrate our actions and our objectives.

 

What are the rights attached to persons, to the owners of an image, to the content of a text… ?

 

Under what conditions can we use them ?

Mrs. Carole Couson-Warlop, lawyer at the bar of Nantes will explain to us the rights and duties attached

to these questions and will answer our questions. Likewise, it will address those concerning the protection of individual data.
