Two new associate lawyers at ARTLEX.
We are delighted to welcome to the firm, Juliette BACHELARD, attached to the intellectual property and digital law department, and Jean ORIEUX attached to the economic law department.
Juliette BACHELARD holds a Master II “Immaterial Creations” from the University of Montpellier. At the same time, she obtained the Intellectual Property Certificate.
Obtaining a university degree in "In-depth obligation law" also enabled her to acquire skills in contract law, which she was able to put to good use during an internship within the Department of Innovation and Partnerships of the University of Montpellier.
She also has experience in intellectual property law, communication law, and new technology law, personal data law acquired from various law firms where she completed internships._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Finally, she completed a six-month internship, as a student lawyer, at the firm ARTLEX, before joining it as an associate. She is a lecturer at the ISEG Marketing and Communication School, where she teaches a course in trademark law.
Jean ORIEUX holds a Master II “Market Law, competition and consumption option” from the University of Nantes. He wrote a memoir titled
“the commercial negotiation between supplier anddistributor: pricing transparency, restrictive practices and balance in the commercial relationship”.
During these various internships in a law firm, he acquired experience in economic law, commercial law, business law, IP/IT and personal data law, both in their legal and judicial dimension._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
